  Just the Same way there can be: Bi-states Lotteries there can also be: Bi-States Scratchoffs and Tri-States Scratchoffs and quads-States Scratchoffs and Many Numbers of union-States Scratchoffs....

  there can be: Penta-States Scratchoffs and Deca-States scratchoffs...Remember there are 50 states...

  the number of states-union-Scratchoffs i think it can reach: 3,000...There is bi, tri, squads, hepta, deca, octa all the way to: 50 which is 50 states...

  continents can do this also...If there are: Tri-States Scratchoffs there can be: tri-Countries Scratchoffs...there can be: squads, hepta, deca, octa, septa, ect, ect, ect all the way to the number of countries that there are in the particular continent...
