Since the states did not drop the 0 in any of the
P3 Series combinations that fell on April 7th, the
states made lots of money on all bets placed on
those 0 numbers. Those were numbers that the states
KNEW would not show up in any Pick 3 Series games
on that date. Digits are programmed to be missing in all
lotto games to guarantee profits to the bottom line.
When you track your numbers and patterns, you can see
"the game" and bet accordingly. The missing digit(s) shows up
according to the program and another missing digit(s) takes
its place. You will not catch them all, of course. You might
even gets some chuckles along the way as the game reveals
itself to you! It's so much more fun to play the games, when
you are aware of nuisances, schemes, tricks and traps!
