Sorry I am rusty with my math already. Hope anyone can correct me if I am wrong and answer the question below

The odd so winning the euromillions is 116.5 m and the main lotto is 14m.

If I have £100 and I buy main lotto tickets only, my odd of winning the jackpot should be 1:140,000

If I decided to play both equally with the same amount of money and main lotto tickets costing £1 and Euromillions costing £2 each.

Main lotto 14m/50 tickets=1:280,000 chance of winning the jackpot

Euromillions 116.5m/25 tickets= 1:4.66 million.

What is therefore my odds of winning either one of them?

Thanks.

Suspiciousness is one way of saying that one do not want to know the truth. It is the best way to keep the mind empty and the spirit restless.

Don't they publish the odds of winning the games at their websites?
