Looks like PA's Quinto game. I have been hoping Texas would bring in a game like this, but, it looks unlikely.

Texas is starting a new game in a month or so called All or Nothing. Top prize is $250,000. $2 per ticket. Top prize is good to get out of debt, $2 per ticket is not good.

CAN'T WIN IF YOU'RE NOT IN

    A DOLLAR AND A DREAM (OR $2)

It's almost the same as PA Quinto, but the 120, 60, and 30 way boxes pay slightly less. By adding a front three, back three, front four, and back four box bets, they could eliminate the Pick-3 and Pick-4 drawings.

One of these days a state lottery will add all the possible pick-3 wagers and payout the same proportional to 500 to 1 odds. Bet a buck on any digit in a digit position and get paid $5, make a direct bet on any sum without making a bet on a combo with that sum, or make a front or back pair box bet.

It appears these numbers will be drawn using a RNG so their lotto report card grade will go down.
