Lotteries know when and where second prize and jackpot winners will be chosen from.They can choose any combination as the winner to redistribute taxes. That is the reason why quick picks win most jackpots.

Do you remember when the asset managers from Connecticut won the $254M powerball jackpot with $1 quick pick?

Lotteries know the geographical areas that are going to win the biggest prizes. That is the point that I am trying to make. They do not care who the winners will be, but they do redistribute taxes through the biggest prize winners.

That is why quick picks win more jackpots than self picks.They chose the winning combination and the time and place where the Connecticut asset managers won the $254M powerball jackpot with $1 quick pick.

Do you even read the crap you constantly copy-n-paste from the Powerball website? 70-80% of winners are quick picks because 70-80% of combinations played are quick picks. No Illuminati involvement required.

Lotteries are not a redistribution of wealth because the wealthy do not play as they don't need to. Imagine how annoying it would be to win a hundred grand after having already figured out how not to pay any taxes.

Lotteries condense small contributions of the many to reward a few.

If I was one of those wealthy people who didn't play the lottery, I would be extremely annoyed to win $100K, without a proper tax shelter!
