If the lottery filtering software allows for Bankers, Key, King, Monarch numbers that appear in every combination then the answer is yes. You can have up to 5 Banker numbers playing Pick-6. Bankers can be chosen based on any criteria including same last digits.
There really isn't filter conflict, only poor filter selection.
It all comes down to the quality of the software. With a program like lotwin that filters on the fly, when you select the wrong filter and the remaining combinations drop to zero, simple uncheck it and try another path through the selections.
I can see the problem with cheap or free software where all the filter choices must be made before the wheel is compiled only to find it too large or empty. Tt can be a real pain to find the wrong filter(s) that caused the failure.
Look, even if you are running a old computer like a P-3 450mhz with 500 megs of memory and win 95-98 nothing prevents you from downloading a demo of lotwin. It won't let you see the resulting combinations, but it will provide a wealth of information as to how many combinations would be left after each filter, etc. that you might apply to setting filters in another software.
