I found some interesing results. In testing here and there I noticed that every single pick 3 number ever drawn has a fibonacci sequence value that when you put into the input, it will reveal the winner. Knowing what that value was, is the tricky part.
But then I noticed something else. Once you did find the value and inputted it in the program, you look at the winning number's surrounding combos before and after, about 70% of the time, one of those pairs will show in the next 3 to 5 draws.
Sometimes with the example below, we can even find a straight winner in the same column like 560 3 days later. But I want to first concentrate on the pairs.
Example Florida,
September 2 midday was 615
To get 615 you have to put the input 528 into the box. We are only concentrating on the first column at the left.

Looking at 615, I generally look 3 combos before and 3 combos after the winning number. One of those combos will have a pair that will show soon. In this example, 3 days later 560 showed with the pair "60". I'm specifically looking for pairs that show exactly as they are, not switched around like "06". The "90" in 903 shows up two days later with the winning number as 409, but I'm not mentioning this because I don't want those, and don't need them because I found enough pairs straight without resorting to switching numbers.
A more recent example is from September 11 eve winner 847. To get 847 in that first column you need to input 760.

The next day in Florida midday on September 12 winner was 995. Do you see two combos down, the 991 had the 99 pair.
I believe this is happening due to the inate structure of the fibonacci sequence. Since all numbers have some value represented by a fib value in the input, there will be some kind of short term continuation of the flow, or what's "Hot". Of course this doen't always happen, but future tweaks with this may find a bettr hit rate.
One last recent example with September 11 eve-792. To get 792 you have to input 650.
On september 13 eve, the winner was 303.
