Because so many players are convinced that sold out P3 and P4 numbers never fall, I once again offer DE as proof that they do fall somewhere.
I was a winner in the past on sold out 1717 when it fell and knew for a fact that the number was cut off because I tried to play it again later the day it fell but before the drawing.
Four digit 1212 sells out virtually every day in DE and Sat was no exception with the payout at or near 300,000, which is an amount I previously arrived at as the top payout on a 4-digit before cut off. I also tend to think that it's only a small handful of players who are putting big money on some of these numbers every day. Again, this is just what I'm thinking and I have no proof.
I'm seeing a trend here - why are double doubles sooooo popular? I like em, that's all I know.
DE is also in the midst of a big advertising campaign on how the lottery is being rebuilt, revised, or re-something with billboards that look like the lottery is a construction zone. Apparently, it's a big secret what these changes are. We shall see. Happy Weekend. J
