  Pretty serious if it is life and death situation. how much money money is life and death situation based on ? . There should be another way than to play lottrey to win to help life and death sitiation .. not trying to b negative but the chances of loosing is greater than winning.You better of just standing in the street corner some where with a sign begging some good samaritan might give u more than you expect. i really wish u the best. hope your situation gets better !!
