          Taking a road trip right away to buy tickets in Delaware, there's no way I can lose if I do that

                  NY wins Megamillions alot....powerball ehhh sometimes but they do spend alot of money there on the lottery...So maybe that's why...but why does Iowa and Idaho win alot they spending that much money there???? Really C'mon
