I have the same 20 number list but in the order of the last appearance. In the last 82 drawings, that group of the most recent 20 numbers had 7 four number matches and it's been 20 drawings so we could say it's "due". That same group had 26 three number matches in the last 82 drawings including 4 out of the last 6.
The group of the last 20 numbers had 15 three number matches and 4 four number matches. The inside group, 8 to 27, had 20 threes and 2 fours. The outside group, first 10 and the last 10, had 29 threes and 8 fours. With a total of 37 three and four number hits (45%), this group might be what we're looking for. The most consecutive drawings without a three number match was only 3.
There are other statistics that might improve the results; the last number out (17 now) only had five hits in the 82 drawings. The outside group for tonight is:
