New Substitute Lottery System
Pick 4
BASE FOUNDATION
This is a paper and pencil lottery workout where official winning numbers are
use to generate a separate, or substitute lottery system.
Lottery numbers (L#) are replaced with Gap numbers (G#) which are then used
to create a base from which three main strings of information emerge.
A picture is worth a thousand words.
Here are the last seven drawing results and Base Foundation for Texas Daily 4.
Note: I used my personal Master Conversion Key.

Col I - Date - Month.Day.Drawing (Two in Texas Day and Night)
Col II -Official winning lottery number for the date indicated.
Col III - Gap Number according to the Master Key. (1-3, 7-6, 6-4, 6-4)
Col IV - Gap Alpha Structure according to the Master Key (G3=A, G6=B, G4=B, G4=B)
Col V - Type - Defines the GAS (TB = Triple B) (Also known as Straight or Exact)
Col l VI - Gap Number Structure - Defines the GAS in order of occurrence (one A, three Bs, no Cs and no Rs)
(Also known as Box or Any Order)
Further explanations:
There are 10,000 combinations in a Pick 4 game.
Therefore, there are 10,000 G# combinations.
The Master Key reduces the total number of combinations to a much smaller number.
This system breaks the total combinations down to 265 GAS combinations when arranged
on a chart in Position One-Position Two order.
For example, there are 16 straight structures beginning with 'AA..'
AAAA, AAAB, AAAC, AAAR, AABA, AABB, AABC, AABR,
AACA, AACB, AACC, AACR, AARA, AARB, AARC, AARR.
There are 16 straight structures beginning with 'AB..'
ABAA, ABAB, ABAC, ABAR, ABBA, ABBB, ABBC, ABBR
ABCA, ABCB, ABCC, ABCR, ABRA, ABRB, ABRC, ABRR.
ETC
The total list has 265 GA structures representing 10,000 numerical combinations.
Remember, that each letter represents 3 different digits.
TYPE
There are 16 different Types:
Four Singles - SG - A, B, C, R
The GAS has different letters in each of four GAS positions:
ABCR, BCRA, CRAB, RABC.
Four Doubles -
DA - Double A - The GA structure has two As.
DB - Double B - The GA structure has two Bs
DC - Double C - The GA structure has two Cs
DR - Double R - The GA structure has two Rs
Four Triples-
TA - Triple A - The GA structure has three As.
TB - Triple B - The GA structure has three Bs.
TC - Triple C - The GA structure has three Cs.
TR - Triple R - The GA structure has three Rs.
Four Quads-
The GA structure has four As, four Bs, four Cs or four Rs.
AAAA, BBBB, CCCC, RRRR
Note: There are instances where the GAS has two doubles.
In these few instances, I use the initial double in the Type Column.
This occurred on 1102N when the GAS was CRRC. I entered DC only.
Gap Number Structures, Col. VI
There are 35 G# structures representing 10,000 exact lottery combinations.
The arrangement of the four numbers define the GAS in numerical terms.
For example:
2110 means the GAS has two As, one B, one C and no R. (AABC)
1030 means the GAS has one A, no Bs, three Cs and no R (ACCC)
Some G# structures 'come up' more often than others.
In Texas, G#S '1120' (AABB) leads the list, followed by '1210' (ABBC).
The individual letters in the Gap Alpha structure defines the G#S.
Example:
A visual analysis of 'AABC' shows it has, in P1P2P3P4 order, 2 As, one B, and one C.
Therefore, the G#S for AABC is '2110'
This relationship will never change, except when the Master Key G# sequence is changed.
