We have a pick-5 game here in Mass called Mash Cash. It is a 5/35 game so decent odds at winning the top prize of 100K. 4 of 5 pays $250 and you get $10 for matching three. The game is drawn nightly and I have 3 regular numbers that I play. One of those numbers consists of the birthdays of myself, my three siblings and my daughter.

My numbers are 6-13-19-20-26

Last nights draw- 7-13-19-20-26

So if my A-hole brother had just been born one day later I would have hit for the 100K.

So my question to all of you is: Who do I blame? My mom or my brother? I called Mom this morning and she claims that my bonehead brother was born "early".

I called my brother and all he could say was, " Can I borrow $250?"

So ffffing close!!!!Thud

Throw your brother in a croaker sack and whoop him with your blackthorn shillelagh.

      That'll learn him real good.

Well, you said your brother is an a-hole, so I'd blame him.  No need to make your mother into an a-hole too unless absolutely necessary.

$250 is good for now. Next time you'll nail it. I think your brother owes you $99,750

          That money's gone fo ever

I think you should blame a genitor at lottery office. When he was wiping the balls, he blew on them to create condensation and accidentally swallowed number 7. :)

Ok, looking forward - are you going to continue to play THOSE numbers? Or get new ones? Now that you have 4 out of 5?

Gonna keep playing those numbers as well as the other two that I play, one of which also hit 4 of 5 several months ago. What would you do?

I play QP's every Friday, hit 3 of 5 every other time, hit for 250 once. For the money and odds, it's a great game to play. Thumbs Up

On that particular drawing had your brother been born one day later the one day earlier number would have hit.

Sounds like a decent Pick 5 game. Illinois' is 5/39 and 4 of 5 pays $100.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

                          Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

Well it would depend. If he was conceived in April- May or October-November at around 2AM you could blame it on daylight

savings time. Not really, but it sounded good...   But then again if you think he's an a hole, maybe this is his pay back. Mad
