I heard about the 2 co-workers from Costco who split the 50 million jackpot last week. How wonderful for them! They had only been playing for 10 months and they always played twice a week just buying 2 tickets each time, one being a QP and the other their set numbers. It was nice to see them win on a QP since that's all I tend to play. It goes to show again how random winning the lottery truly is since they were only playing for 10 months and I've been playing for years and never win anything, lol. I think they were smart players because they kept playing their numbers and also threw in a QP each time. By only buying 2 tickets each time they didn't go overboard and were splitting everything equally so that saved them some money. Many times I hear about winners who might have bought 5 lines on a ticket but it's nice to know it happened with only 2 lines (or tickets). It made a difference since there were just the two of them who bought the tickets together, less of a chance for others to say they should have gotten the money too.
