I would like to see the game you want to play fully explained and fully detailed with prize levels and what the exact ticket you purchase is eligible to win.

And full detail of what taxes and/or extraneous fees will be charged.

My biggest concern is the cost. If I am going to play games online, meaning they are not local games, I don't want to feel like a double dummy (God knows I already fill thatway for playing locally). As it is, its hard to win the lottery. The steep markup ruins the fun altogether.

The fins are flattened out like a 60 but the big one piece lenses are like a 59, although colored wrong.

Looks like somebody created a hybrid of the two.

Between my Dad and me we had both,

the 59 had the one piece "cateye' tail lights, Ridge your right about about the colors, the 60 had 3 separate lights, ea, side,

the center one was white (reverse light) however these things are hard to spot in cartoon version of real things.

my sisters are artists and ? me about stuff like this when they want to get it just right.

When I first got on this board there was a disscusion about this - before Illinois had online play (residents, $5 minimum) but someone had sais that if you played with a service regardless of how much the jackpot was you would only get $1M.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

                          Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

The US department of Justice ruled last year that states could sell lottery products online. Illinois is the first state to legalize web based ticket sales.  Illinois will require users to register with their Social Security numbers for age verification and their home addresses to confirm in-state residency, and will also incorporate geo-locating software to ensure tickets are only purchased within state boundaries.

Since I don't live in Illinois, I looked at their website.  Also, the Illinois online lotto sales fall flat. The reason for sales not living up to expectations is probably all the lengthy online forms to play a $1 game.

My requirements would be security, ease, and privacy.  Furthermore, Illinois lottery mentioned  that the new, online lottery system could in fact help the state better identify and curb irresponsible gambling. That statement is a big turn off.
