Mac Diarmida & Very One Day at Gulfstream Park. Nice juicy card today. Post time 12:45pm EST. Good luck.

All selections contenders for WIN.

All handicapping done BEFORE early scratches and changes became available.

Betting advice: 1 betting unit to WIN: 2 betting units to PLACE (WIN double PLACE).

Look for value. Any selection going to post at odds higher than 5-1 is a value play.

My selections are just a heads up to take a second look during your handicapping.

Do your research and make up your own mind. Don't blindly bet these selections.

Really? Not sure what the question is. Do you want to learn how to handicap the races or do you want actually go to Gulfstream Park? LOL!

Picking winners is not easy. It takes a long time to learn the ins and outs of this game. I've been at it almost 25 years and I still look at some races and wonder why I even bother trying to figure them out.

If you want to learn to handicap, a good place to start is the One Minute Handicapper website. Buy the book and learn the angles, you will learn the game and win cash while you are learning. Good luck to you.
