The thrill of the chase has been killed by the Florida Lottery. There was something very fun about getting a location report when a game was very hard to come by, and then taking road trips to find those tickets. It sucks that they are being like this now. Between that, the unbelievable amount of duds right now, and no large jackpots being "overdue" or really even close to due, by my math, playing has completely lost its luster.
I have been doing very well at the casino the last few months. I think I am going to take a nice long hiatus from playing scratch offs.
With the latest $5M dollar winner claimed in the $20 Monopaly game, again in Jacksonville, I think its going to be a long while before we see anything over $1m hit.
I think the new $2m Cashword will be the next prize over $1M to be found. Followed by the first top prize of the $10k for life, but I dont expect the latter for another month or 2.
My logic doesnt apply to everyone. I do not play games with top prizes under $2M anymore. I do think we are about to go into a period of time where we see a lot of sub $1M top prizes found.
