So I see the $20 GRC ending has finally been announced...it's had quite the run, and I still have a single unscratched holiday themed sample from 2018 in my roster of tickets...will have to remember to dust it off and scratch it before the deadline. If I recall it's from a very low book #, like in the 2,000s.
Anyway that's not the point of the post, rather it's New Game Alert!
Here's the rundown:
"$50 Explosion" $1 game is simple # match to win up to $50. Not crunched the #s on it yet but would be interesting to see how scaled it is compared to the $10 "$500 Madness" game
"Triple Play" $2 game seems like perhaps a reset of the original $2 Bonus Double Match game (later upped to a $5 game). It's three ways to win; # match, 3 like prize amounts, or a Star symbol.
"Big 'ol Bens" $5 game...promo releases from the FL Lotto had this game looking about the size of a standard $1 game...but it's same sized as a regular $5 except it's in a landscape orientation, compared to portrait like typical $5 games. I have a feeling this game might do well, not only due to the relatively novel layout but also the sheer number of potential winning numbers and winning spots compared to most $5 games. To the uninformed eye most often more potential winning numbers and winning number spots compared to a game with less of them is seen as more desirable (I think perhaps a factor in why $5 "Diamond Mine" sold so well). Guess we'll see. Either way, this game and the $2 Triple Play are from the Pollard Banknote contract...seems to be getting a strong foothold in the state.
"$500 Wild Cash Bonanza" $10 game...I plan to mark up an odds table of this game over the weekend, as it will be interesting to see how it stacks up against the existing $10 "$500 Madness"
Best of luck everyone.
