How many 8 digit numbers are there that use the digits 0 to 9, with 0 being treated like any other digit (ie it can come in place 1, e.g 01234567) and that all digits are consecutive....?

01234567

01234568

01234569

etc....

There are only 45 combinations.

10 numbers taken 8 at a time, nCr(10,8) = 45.

01234567

01234568

01234569

etc....

0 to 9 = 10 digits; all digits are consecutive means no gaps; 8 digits consecutive: 01234567 & 12345678 & 23456789.
