If it did, would your spending habits change for the better, worse, become a tight wad. Exit the neighborhood, become a recluse etc etc?
Personally l don't go for this" we have not changed,  we still the same folk we were yesterday"..everyone evolves to some degree whether we want to believe it or not. Thing is it could be for better or worse.
Your response?

Good topic. My expectations are that it would not change me as a person.

Yes. I will be changing my name to :

"Ms. Posh Artist."  I will eat crepes everyday on my balcony in Paris. I will get a little poodle and put a polka dot bow on its head. We will stroll the Champs-Elysees while I sing "Born in the USA!"

No it wouldn't change me, I would be the same person living in a nicer house in a nicer neighborhood driving a nicer car and taking nicer vacations so some people might see me differently.

I'd be so snooty, people would refer to me as Snooty Snoot-Meister from Snooterville.

I'd be looking down my nose at people so much I'd go cross-eyed.

For better or worse hopefully it would be better, but I would again hope my core values wouldnt change....but I'll bet you one thing...the people around you will probaly change the most

Depends what age a person wins, the older people get, the more they are set in their ways. I would believe a 60 year old couple winning millions of dollars and saying, "we have not changed, we still the same folk we were yesterday"

                              .
