  How high could the jackpots possibly go if there was no winner for each a year from now?

  Everyone who has won in the past won because it was too easy for them.  That leaves everyone else who can't win.  Would it just keep rolling over into the billions of dollars, or just stop at one point?

  the Euro Millions jackpot is capped at 190 million euros. That is the maximum jackpot for Euro Millions. Powerball and Mega Millions have no cap. So in theory, if no one wins and the jackpots continue to roll, there is no limit on how high they can grow.

  Don't worry I'm sure our loving "Mother Government" would step in and take it when it got too big to save us from the dangerous large amount of fiat currency.

  With the $1 ticket price a 1/2 billion MM jackpot should easily get over $400 million in sales. Ticket sales jumped from $191 for the $353 million jackpot to $652 million for the record winning jackpot. With $2 tickets, PB could go higher, but 281 million tickets were enough to win their record $587 million jackpot.

  The "point" is when enough tickets are sold to cover every combo and that point should be reached long before the jackpot reaches $1 billion.

  How high?  I don't know, but there would be a lot of zeroes on the check when someone hits. 

   

  

  Before you play there are 2 choices to make. Low sum or high sum and consecutive pair or no consecutive pair. Choose correctly and you go from 120 combos down to 30. Not a bad starting point.
