Casinos in several states, including Nevada, are forbidding gamblers from wearing Google Glass, the tiny eyeglasses-mounted device capable of shooting photos, filming video and surfing the Internet.
Nevada State gaming regulators cautioned the casino industry Monday about the use of Google Glass by customers, saying the wearable computers could be used as a cheating device by gamblers.

This all stems from a roulette group that did quite well in las Vegas several years ago. One of the players stood around the roulette wheel pretending to be talking on his cell phone, while he was actually transmitting a live video feed to a mainframe computer. Then, the person on the other end of the phone quickly gave the guy on the phone two or three numbers to play, and he in turn signaled the player(s) sitting at the roulette table. All of this happened in under 30 seconds. If you have ever played roulette, like I did from 1997 - 2006, you have close to one minute between the time the ball is released, and the time no more bets are accepted. The way they got caught was by the surveilance cameras. They noticed the guy with the cell phone pointed at the roulette wheel.
On another note, there is a guy who used to sell a method of defeating the slots. One of his most expensive systems, around $10,000, as I recall, had you call him on your cell phone. He would ask you several questions about the slot game you were playing, and have you give him the last five or six spins. Then, he would tell you if the slot was going to hit.

I was thinking about a group in the early 1980s when I saw where Google Glasses were baned. A book was written about their efforts, "The Eudaemonic Pie". Their method was to track the speed of the pill around wheel and a tiny computer installed in the toe of a shoe was used to calculate where the pill would land. One of their early efforts resulted in an electrical short and almost burned the toes of the guy wearing it.
Casinos have enough problems with homemade cheating devices so it was obvious they would ban Google Glasses.

Hello again my old rouletta colleague ,hennybogan, nice to hear from you once more.
Yes, I do rightly recall your accurate above description of the Las Vegas roulette incident as I do many other when I was reporting on the nefarious casino counter culture @ gambling ground zero. You also remember our multi posts on subject and your kind support among the unwary players/posters.
To change the tempo and just for fun, mind you, I am enclosing an abridged out of the box magica numeris phenomona that can be quickly verified via any roulette checker:
1. Trigger number 31
After 10 spins play flat bet for next 12 spins
*31-6-16
Not each & every time, mind you, just saying that anytime the number 31 hits, wait 10 spins then play: #31, #6 & #16 for 12 spins and L@@K at resu;ts
~
*#31in the Ancient Egyptian Star Wisdom means: "In the End is the Beginning and in the Beginning is the End"-
You won't have to be a dummy mummy LOL to wrap this prediction up if you find these above odds results amazing and desire the tweak & rest of the story - just let me know,
