Here is the download link to RL's older version of a Pick 3 program he shared a couple years ago.

The goal of the program is to pick Odd/Even selections for Positions 1, 2, 3

and

Hi/Low selections for Positions 1,2,3

In addition you can block the digits by Position that you feel will not come in.

You will need a Data file for your state to use it.  I can create one for any state if anyone is interested.

https://www.box.com/s/ikogumei6id6hdc0h5kl

I want to be perfectly clear here.  This is NOT RL's most current version of the Pick 3 Program he released within the last week or so this is a 2 year old program.

Instructions:

Create a new folder on your hard drive and name the folder anything your wish.

Download the zip file above and unzip the files into your newly named folder.

Open the folder and double click the file "Pick-3.exe"

The data draws are from the NJ Pick 3 game using combined draws.

The program is very good.

      Hi Boris,

      Thank RL he is the one who created it.

      Create 3 new folders where you have RL's old program installed

      1. Midday

      2. Evening

      3. Combined

      Download Midday draw .dat file and place it in the Midday Folder

      https://www.box.com/s/sdkebhf4ldbb5p6te541

      Download Evening draw .dat file and place it in the Midday Folder

      https://www.box.com/s/45mkp9fcunhda2hqrjeu

      Download Combined draw .dat file and place it in the Midday Folder

      https://www.box.com/s/3mywchqvjbgbaxttwvbz

      OK, now depending on what game you want to use you will need to go to 1 of the 3 folders and copy and paste the Pick-3.DAT file into the main folder where you see the Pick-3.exe file.

      When you update any future drawings you can copy and paste the Pick-3.DAT file back into the correct folder you created Midday, Evening, or Combined.  So for example, after you update todays Saturday Midday Ontario Pick 3 drawing you would use Notepad to open the Pick-3.DAT file from the Main Folder where the Pick-3.EXE resides and copy and paste into the Midday Folder.  The reason is that the file name is always the same so you want to make sure you save to the correct folder to either the Midday, Evening, or Combined folder and just replace the existing file.

      Let me know if you have any questions.

        Hi ALL

        Anyone using this software should be aware that it is a 16 bit program designed to run on

        early versions of windows, pre ntfs systems or ms-dos.  Most OS's will still run the code but

        cpu useage will be hi.  There are no limits on the DO/loops so even when idle expect other

        programs to be sluggest.  I don't think I have the sorce code anymore or I would convert it

        to 32 bit and fix the cup useage issue.

        they are not.  Many great discoveries come while searching for something else

          Got it.

          I'm very thankful to all of you. Trust me on this.

          Very new to this and unfortunately can't contribute much now but truly believe that my time will come as well :)

            I took a look at your Dat file and:

            FRI 06/21/13  2-2-9  101001  LLH  EEO  OD=1  EV=2  D  F

            Easier with a spreadsheet, but can also be done by hand one draw at a time, anyhow:

            -------------

            The date and the draws are kind of regular.

            -----------------------

            From 0 up to 4 = 10

            From 4 to 9 = 01

            That would be I guess for the use of the Low-High, 2 patterns.

            The LLH, Etc is also for Low-High, don't know why use both of them.

            ----------------

            EEO,  OD=1  EV=2, Etc are for Even-Odd, again, I don't know why use both of them.

            What maybe could have been done to "Mirror" the Low-High would be to have used:=

            23 for Even and 32 for Odd.

            Or:

            01 = Low

            23 = High

            45 = Even

            67 = Odd

            Easier if it is: 1, 2, 3, 4.

            --------------------------

            Or Boxed:

            LE = 1

            LO = 2

            HE = 3

            HO = 4

            ------------------

            2x2x2=8 combinations of course, for the L-H and also for the E-O

            --------------

            S = Singles

            ----------

            D = Doubles,

            F = DDS

            B = SDD

            E = DSD

            -----------

            Thanks much!

              Hi, I still have a 16 bit dos system, so I downloaded the Pick 3 program RL made some time ago.

              Since I'm just starting out, adding more tools into my tool box is better.

              So if you already perhaps have the following Pick-3.dat files,  for Arizona, California, and Florida.

              This would be a huge time saver for me, or if you care to create all three states please let me know your fee first, or if you simply just don't have the time I understand. Either way I want to thank RL for creating and  permitting the sharing of this program as well as you for the download link.

              Thank you

                Here is a video on how to update the Pick-3.DAT file for states that have Combined draws.

                This is for RL's older version of the Pick 3 program from 2 years ago that he shared with me.

                http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PrI_txc-xPA

                Of course you will need the correct PICK-3.DAT file for your state

                  Each of the files is called PICK-3.DAT.  You will need to copy and paste the PICK-3.DAT file from the state your playing.

                  Copy and paste the PICK-3.DAT file into the folder where you have RL's older program installed.

                    Hi wsls,

                    Thank you for the excellent video's and instructions. A great help for this old timer thats for sure.

                    This is for the Arizona Pick-3.dat file using RL's Pick 3 Program older version ONLY.

                    >ARIZONA< PICK-3.DAT FILE

                    Found three incorrect draws.

                    I am only using the last 1000 draws from 4/15/10 to 6/24/13 .

                    9/22/11 should be re-entered with the correct draw #468

                    9/23/11 should be re-entered with the correct draw #037

                    10/22/11 should be re-entered with the correct draw #305

                    I will check the other two pick-3.dat files that I also downloaded for California and Florida as time permits.

                      I fixed the drawings that were incorrect and uploaded them to box.com

                      You can use the same download links.

                      I found errors in all the states and corrected them.  The errors were on the same days.

                      Thanks for finding the draw errors.
