Winning then getting married. This way, I already had the money, big house, cars and toys BEFORE the ball and chain. Anything accummulated after that can be split in the event she desires to walk away...but what I had prior will be accounted for and still remain. If you're already married, though, it would advisable to just bite the bullet and remain married if things go sour once a windfall is encountered...which happens an awful lot these days.
Lawyers will eat your a** up in fees...especially when they know lottery funds are involved!! At this point, both parties are willing to spend big $$$ just to be happy...and the shark knows it.
