Just messing around with some numbers and wondered how can real math apply to the Pick 4 lottery?
Well, I decided to use the "mean" method and "median" method for the Pick 4 game.
These methods aren't validated, just for fun. I'm still mastering/practicing my "One way how I play Pick 4" and I'm not gonna leave those techniques.
Anyways, here some examples for Florida and New York:
New York's last 4 draws: 0876 - 8365 - 7554 - 7921
Take these 4 sets of numbers, add them all together, and lastly divide by 4.
This is the mean (average): 6179 (I'll play this number for the next 4 draws Str/Box)
Now for the median: since the New York group of numbers are even, you take both numbers in the middle, add them together, then divide by 2.
Here's the final result: 7959
Let's try Florida:
4491 - 5299 - 9941 - 1357 = 5272 mean
7620 for the median (play for the 2 new numbers for the next four draws!)
Just some thoughts I had! :D
Hopefully it works. ;)
