should I stop and never buy that particular scratcher from that city ever again? They spread top prizes evenly across the state so if one city already wins, there is little chance that the same city will win again, right?

    From what I seen here in Wa st is that if a city does win a prize then it follows with a couple more. Look at the dude that won 2 top prizes here in Wa st. All from the same area in pullayup.

    Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.

        True.. Misunderstood the question. To answer your question I would stay away from that area if a top prize was won. You rarely ever see 2 Top prizes from the same game in one area.
