A member asked me if I could create Excel files from this post from RickG back on July 6 2010:

http://www.lotterypost.com/thread/216933

Instructions:

1. Create a new folder and name it whatever you wish.  Example RickG Pick 3 Wheel

2. Download the 2 Excel files below into your new folder created in step 1 above:

https://app.box.com/s/9bhb4hif42ool3vw0s0d

https://app.box.com/s/ck7p53sw8kck8pnld15w

I will try and post a video explaining how to use the Excel files.

If someone could verify what RickG uses as a determing factor for digit placement.  Is it total hits from last 12 draws, skips, etc.

Thanks!!

I think RickG mentioned in the thread, he used 10- 12 draws, trying to limit the ties. I'm thinking total hits, unless you want to test by position.

His memory lives on!!!!! Thanks RickG!!!

I'm in the process of uploading a Youtube video with instructions on how to use the 2 Excel files.

I updated the RickGWheelingSystem Excel file.

Hey guys I added a method that RickG presented in an older thread.  It's called the 2 digit repeat by position.  That is locate 2 digits that repeat starting with the most current drawing and going backwards.  Take position 1 and look for the 1st 2 digits that repeat, then do the same for Position 2 and Position 3.  Take the 2 digits by position and wheel into 8 sets.

I'll post a video later this evening.

Here is the download link to the Excel files:

Select the Excel files for your version.

              .xls 1997 - 2003

              .xlsm 2007 & 2010

You mentioned in your video that you provided the link to update the draws, but I don't see it anywhere.  I am looking for the Ohio Pick 3 mid and eve results file.  I loaded the Pick3 draw file along with the RickG file but it only has 1 Ohio Pick 3 draw in it.

Open the P3StateDraws (.xlsm or .xls) file first.

The go to the main menu at the top and click File > Open than browse to the folder where you downloaded your files and locate the RickG Excel file.

When the RickG Excel file opens click the very 1st tab at the bottom "States".  Click cell J8.  You should see a drop-down arrow appear to the right of the cell.  Click the drop-down arrow and a list will appear with all the Pick 3 states. Click the up/down arrow until you find Ohio_Midday, Ohio_Evening, or Ohio_Combined.  Select 1 of the 3.
