Hi
I know the N.Y lottery "Quick Draw" (the keno game that is played every 4 minutes in New York) is computer generated using a RNG.
Is there any record as to which RNG / PRNG (pseudorandom number generators) the NY Lottery uses to generate their "Quick Draw" lottery numbers?
I am aware that there are various PRNG available such as Blum Blum Shub, Mersenne twister and many others. My question is, which one of these (if any) does the NY lottery use? Or does it use a hardware based RNG? Or some other RNG?
Any info in this direction would be helpful such as which company does the N.Y lottery use to generate it's random numbers?

Yes, I have tried the search here and on Google. I've been searching for this for several hours but I did not see anything that will point me in the right direction..

I think NYL uses the S.A.T.A.N mainframe to generate numbers for the New York Quick Draw. Probably based somewhere out of London england. 666 Longshadow road I think it is. Not quite Blum Blum Shub. More like Beezel Beezel Bub. (Also Titty Twister, and Purple Nurple are a close second in terms of industry favorites)
Whenever the RNG spits out numbers (by accident) that many players would choose, then in a split second when the screen shots change, then it will change the results. (Its a real smart computer, kind of like K.I.T.T. It even talks. Cue the creepy demonic voice of Sigourney Weaver from ghostbusters.)
Usually people in the bar are too drunk to even notice the occurrence of the pseudorandomnumericalgenerationmorphism.
