This is a short sample, a much longer sample might be needed to better see the movements.
I guess that this could be named "Fernando's Up-Down Range Number Difference", for short "Up-Down RND".

So, "UP RND":

There might be mistakes there, but I hope not.

What is that?

We might want to know if a number will go Up or Down next and or soon.

Or if it will keep on going Up or Down and maybe also for how long.

It might also be nice to know more or less just how much Up or Down the number will go.

That sample is too short it is not long enough to give us a good enough look of the movements (Changes).

With that we just barely begin to get an idea.
But that is all that I am doing.
I will not talk any more about that.
People of course can make much longer samples and then study them and then see if they can use them or not.
If it can be used then maybe I can call it the "UPR" filter or something else.
I made that many years ago and I think that I never used it, I think that I didn't post about it, but I am not sure, soon enough after making it just forgot about it, since I think that I didn't want to tell people about it, maybe not until now.

Those are not enough past draws to know anything for sure just by looking at them a person might need to study very many more past draws.

It might not be so easy to know if the next number will go Up or Down and more or less by how much.

The Most Movement might be for example from 000 to 999 = + 999 or from 999 to 000 = -999.

The Less Movement might be for example from 396 to 396 = 0, that is no movement at all.

Two possible questions as were put before might be:

Will the next number go Up or Down and by how much?

I didn't want to show more past draws and talk too much more about this, because I want people to do their own thinking and find out by themselves if they can use this or not.

999 of course can either stay the same or go down and 000 can stay the same or go up, but values in between those might be harder to guess how they will move.

Can such things be predicted or not?

This might be of value or not a person might want to find out by himself or by herself.

The state lottery people of course want to keep on making a huge profit for the state.

For a few people to win, most people must lose, the money must come from somewhere and the state must keep on making their huge regular profit.

You can't take the state's huge regular profit away from them or there will no longer be a pick 3 game.
