Today's number was 586. I like 586's anagrams, 568, 658 685, 856, and 865. Here's why.
586 has twice appeared with its anagrams.
Here is one example:
01/27/1996; Day: 6,5,8; Night: 9,7,1 <-658
01/29/1996; Day: 8,7,8; Night: 8,0,5
01/30/1996; Day: 5,8,6; Night: 5,1,8 <-586
This was the more interesting second occasion:
11/25/1999; Day: 5,6,8; Night: 6,5,8 <-568 <-658
11/26/1999; Day: 5,8,6; Night: 0,5,7 <-586
Since then the anagrams have appeared together but never again in conjunction with 586.
Here is an example of the anagrams without 586:
06/12/2000; Day: 6,5,8; Night: 0,8,3 <-658
06/13/2000; Day: 5,6,8; Night: 0,4,1 <-568
06/14/2000; Day: 2,8,1; Night: 5,5,0
06/15/2000; Day: 1,6,9; Night: 2,7,0
06/16/2000; Day: 3,6,2; Night: 4,6,8
06/17/2000; Day: 1,9,4; Night: 7,8,7
06/19/2000; Day: 6,0,7; Night: 9,8,6
06/20/2000; Day: 5,2,8; Night: 4,2,5
06/21/2000; Day: 4,8,1; Night: 9,3,2
06/22/2000; Day: 1,7,4; Night: 4,5,0
06/23/2000; Day: 6,6,1; Night: 2,0,4
06/24/2000; Day: 7,6,2; Night: 6,5,8 <-658
Also, I haven't checked this out carefully, but there has definitely been at least one occasion where the 568 anagrams came up in Georgia and Virginia on the same day, for those of of you who are watching both states.
