what those winners are feeling right now. Extreme euphoria, excitement, and a rush.  Knowing that they can go out and buy anything they want. But those emotions would eventually wear off after about a week, and you will get use to have that amount of money.

After cashing the check and getting everything in order, I would go on a three month vacation. Then when I come back, I would start building a dream home, and helping out friends and relatives with money problems. I definitely wouldn't be able to spend all that money and most likely donate some. I can't think of anything else I would want to buy besides a nice and comforatble house.

are you sure thats not just from the overproof whiskey you were sipping for breakfast?

      Just wondering out loud.

Maybe your lips went numb, when your body realized that to imagine a swimming pool full of old turkey, might be a wee tad bit dangerous?

      Sad Cheers

The hardest thing to imagine is the part where you could go buy whatever you wanted. I have never ever been to a store where I could buy everthing that I saw that I wanted. It would be nice

You should talk to a few of my ex-wives, they could tell you what it's like.

I can't remember the last time, or if ever, where I 've been to a store and saw an item that I really wanted but I couldn't afford it.

                  Oh, numerous times.

                  I bounce back though.

I might even move up to a doublewide someday.  Thumbs Up

For me, an endless party would ensue. I'd blow it all inside a month.

money doesnt buy happiness, most winners claim they wish they never won.

It's all dependent on the situation.

If the majority of the problems revolve around money, then only money can resolve it.

                          My Definition of Happiness,

                          1. Financially Independent

                          2. Giving to Charity

                          3. Spending my limited and precious time on Earth wisely

                          4. Doing what "I love" to "Pass the time".

                          5. Empowered to make a change for the better.

                          6. Never ever having to work again.

                          7. Freedom

Are you actually saying that you've never seen something in a store that you couldnt afford?? Really? I not talking about the Dollar Tree or some discount store.

Just the opposite. The person is saying they can't remember the last time they walked into a store, and said to themselves, "I can't afford that", meaning they had the means to pay for everything they wanted when walking into a store.
