The only person it is a cash cow for are those selling this stuff.
The website looks like one of those typical internet marketing sites hawking yet another useless "information product"...
Save your money.
One snippet from their website:
The only proven, effective way to win the Pick 4 lottery game quickly and consistently. Proven to win Gerogia Cash 4 lotto, Flordia Play 4 lotto and ALL Pick 4 lottery games! The Pick 4 Cash Cow system will have you winning in no time. No previous knowledge or experience required to play or win. If you wager at your local lottery store you can win up to $5,000 Online wagers pay out $9,000. Game play costs $10 per game to win.
Please guys, learn how to spell or use a spelling checker (Gerogia and Flordia ??).
The only proven, effective way to win the Pick 4 lottery game quickly and consistently. The only one huh ... Prove it here with some predictions before the drawings.
The Pick 4 Cash Cow system will have you winning in no time. Hype and Nonsense
That's just a few red flags...
But wait, there's more:
From the fine print at the bottom of their page:
No lottery system can make any assurance or guarantee that you will win any prize. No lottery system can guarantee you will win... One of the few things on the page they say that is true...
Now that they have told you their system cannot guarantee that you will win any prize, why would anyone buy this stuff?

2 Questions:
1) Does anyone know if The Pick 4 Cash Cow System [$49.95] is similar to any of the multiplePick 3Systems offered as a part of the "Ultimate Player Package" [$299] ? If so, which one ?
2) The website says that ThePick 4 Cash Cow System E-book CANNOT be Printed out. You have to read it on your computer, which isn't very convenient for some people who prefer printed copy. How is it possible to create an E-book that Cannot be Printed out on a printer ? I'm not trying to violate copyright, but if I pay $$ for a system, I ought to be able to Print It Out on my Printer, and read it at my leisure and convenience. Does anyone know how to Print Out an Unprintable E-book ?

Thank you.
After doing some research on my own, I've discovered that the Pick 4 Cash Cow system is protected from Printability by software called Book Guard Pro, which is PDF security that changes a PDF E-book into a non-printable .exe-file E-book, which can only be viewed on a Windows computer. If you use a MAC computer, you're out of luck. Save your money $$$. MAC users would have to use some type of conversion software, like Parallels, Crossover or Filejuicer, to read a .exe-file E-book.
E-book Pro is another type of PDF security that can protect your E-book from being printed. However, it is available in both Windows and MAC versions.

I'm learning something here.
Windows 8 has a feature called "Snipping tool" located in your programs section. Just click on the "start" button in the lower left hand part of the screen and click on "all programs".
The tool takes a snapshot of whatever is on your screen at the time. You then save the pic to somewhere that will allow you to print it.

I did some research on LP, and discovered that Cash4ninja posted a comment about the Pick 4 Cash Cow system. He may not be around anymore, but here is the link :https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/263984
Apparently, the Pick 4 Cash Cow system involves tracking Triads [example: 460X and 640X] in the Pick 4 game. It produces 10 numbers to play.
