MONEY isn't strong, boy.  DISCIPLINE is stronger.  Look around you.  DISCIPLINE is strength boy.  That is power.  The strength and power of DISCIPLINE. What is MONEY compared to the DISCIPLINE that wields it?  Such a waste of good fortune boy.  Contemplate this on the tree of Pareto's Law.Big Grin

I wouldn't want to keep a lottery jackpot if and when I win it. YOLO is an inescapable fact of life. Oh I'd burn through that money like a Saudi Prince on tour hahaha okay that's clearly an exaggeration because Saudi Arabian Princes have bottomless pockets. But I wouldn't be one of those jp winners who say "money will not change the way I live" I'd live large. I'd make sure though to put some in a pension account that cannot be touched until I get old.

      That money's gone fo ever

Not really Stang.  I eat all i want of beans, rice, potatoes, salads, nuts, seeds, pickles, carrots, banana's, water, tea and coffee and never felt better.  Plant based is great and no weight gain!  I just use alot of seasonings.

The only supplements i take is vitamin b complex and creatine monohydrate(creapure) because those are lacking some in plant based food.

I saw where you said you got the flu bad and am sorry to hear.  Its all over the country this year like the plaque.  All that meat, dairy, and oil really brings the immune system down making you more likely to contract it and harder to get rid of it.  A persons system is just to acidic and without nitric oxide on that meat diet.  Its one of the reasons ridge runner takes Cialis is what i though i overheard at the girls night out bowling league.Big Grin

LOL I couldnt ever give up meat...especially RED meat and if I won the lottery I would definately increase my steak nights, LOL I would be a fixture at places like Peter Luger's, The Palm, Don Shula's, and some decent buffets out in Vegas

Not that this has anything to do with the original topic, but I was a vegetarian for many years and know my way around tofu. If you know what you're doing, you can make it very tasty. No knock to vegetarianism but frankly, I felt a whole lot better all-around when I switched my diet to lots of protein and veggies and high antioxidant fruit. And dropped a lot of weight when I did.

Not to mention that being a vegetarian was like having another job. Having to make sure I had meals that incorporated all the essential amino acids and fats all the time. Having to make sure I took my supplements if I didn't feel like eating those same foods...again, and again and again that contained them. To each his own. But just wanted to point out that one can be a very healthy omnivore just as they can be a healthy vegetarian. And vice versa since I know of many extremely unhealthy vegetarians.
