  This month for example, I am used to getting wins but so far I've come up dry.. My question is "Do you think there are hot and cold periods when playing the lottery?" "Is it a little too random and is it rigged to payout at a certain level?"

  Welcome to playing the lottery.  This just happens to be the nature of the games, so you are going to have hot and cold periods per your method.  Its not rigged, you as a player just have to know when this occurrence is happening.  Good Luck!

  Computerized drawing are never random. If they are computerized dont waste your time or money playing it. It should be 100% manuel drawing. Thats true Randomness.
