I have long mentioned the casinos will do whatever to maintain their greedy grip on the bottom line. We understand it's their property for profit but card counting is not illegal. BJ expert Ken Houston fought & won this issue in the New Jersey Supreme Court - recall management use to have their own dealers shadowing his action by counting cards behind the scenes? LOL

- Greed makes you stupid.
Even when an extraordinary player like Houston,Thorpe or Afflick does win, there are literally thousand losing simultaneously, so the hold profit, albeit less, on balance continues. No less then Ceasar's Casinos at one time capitalized on Houston's BJ ability by promoting his playing appearances as an attraction to bring in potential players. His action was limitedto $5000 winning per night which he stuffed in hi pockets before going back to the JOCKEY Club Towers which was home to his "21" seminars on the strip.

Now speaking of what's right, how bouts the use of aggressive tactics to dissuade advantage players i.e. specially talented & trained croups called "STOPPERS" who are still actively in the employ & Roulette croups"WHEEL BURNERS" who can counteract players tactics thereby effectively increasing the negative odds. Not saying each & every Casio or honest dealer, mind you, but many casinos have counteractive strategies that can be employed against non-cheating clientel who have proven to be "TOO GOOD"
"Players were mostly loosing their money (like everywhere) but the treatment of those lucky ones was weird. For the management, almost every player taking money out of the casino a few times was a system player (even in roulette?!).I m not sure they had any idea what system or system was Result: the player wasnt welcome anymore (and not in a polite way of speaking). I didnt ask questions minded my own business...."

Then there is the separate issue of unconstitutionally & surreptitiously video identifying players without their consent, keeping a file record and sharing that information with private security agents & detectives with system subscribers - sometimes being followed via unmarked cars & monitored live on line. There are a few brave advantage player attorney's who have won player plaintiff cases but these unconstitutional issues have not been tested in casino controlled media or courts (to my humble knowledge).
Yea I am unabashedly advocate for player's rights @ gambling ground zero LV & everyone knows what side of the green felt table I stand. And yes much has changed industry wide since Professor Thorp's classic 'Beat The Dealer' even this renowned proven BJ author Thorp was actively dissuaded of contiuned play when he found that his coffee was being spiked in Reno, casino changed the rules of the game against the player, 8 card decks plua an automatic ShuffleMaster machines. Casino compition has radically heated up for the visitor's dollar, 40M people arrive annually including big time cheats & syndicates from all over the world desend on properties to take their fortune. It's reasonable for any legitimate business to protect their assets against thievery but not by unfair practices. There is so much more but limitations of space & time on the internet & LB. Rspectfully, we have some good contributing particapants on LB who once were prior employees and this is not meant to demean them i any way or LB. Those who had access to casino secrets & practices were trained to never give a sucker an even break & to be charmingly deceitful; therefore to extract the unspoken truth would require a court supenoa or the point of a gun LOL
IS THIS THE FAIRGAME THE PLAYER EXPECTS???
