  About 23 past winning draws.
  The statistical (random) equalize thing, might only apply in the "long run" to large numbers  of "points" of data, but could in some lesser way also apply to fewer factors or points of data.
  
  I seem to be brain damaged or something, now-days I am more unable to express myself than I used to and seem to forget more things and more often, I don't even remember how to write some words nor do I remember some of them, such is life.
  
  Anyhow, while maybe in 23 past winning draws we would like to have about 11 to 12 Ls and 11 to 12 Hs it might not be so, let us now count each of them.

  Well, I did say before more than once, that if a game is "honest" not tampered with too much, what is most likely to happen should happen.
  -----------
  But even so, things are not so easy to predict and also we won't always see this.
  Maybe I just caught them off-guard this time.
  -----------
  When there are 2 factors like here:
  We can have:
  One "factor (L) or (H)" follow another factor (H) or (L), or the same factor follow itself once or more times in sequence.
  Let us take a look at those 23 past winning draws:
  
  I might make mistakes so beware.
  
  HH, H, HH, HHH, H, H, HH. These are the sequences of "H" on those few past draws.
  L, LL, L, LLLL, L, LL.
  
  The sequences of "X" and of "XX" happened the most often on those 23 draws, "XXX" and "XXXX" didn't happen so often, but those are only a few past draws a person should study very large samples of past draws, at least at first, to see what really happens.
  
  Those stats were not a lot of help, because for one thing that is a very short sample of past draws.
  
  We do see that "statistical chance" seems to try to balance itself, if "they" let it.
  
  As I said, what we see here might not always happen, those who run the lotteries want to get as much as they can always.
  
  If you have trouble seeing small print lime myself and use Firefox with Firefox you can "Zoom In or Out" the whole page or just the text. go to "View" Top Left of the Firefox browser Lth Click on it and click on "Zoom" and see the Zoom options in there.

  Other-wise copy the text that you want to see from this page into "Notepad" or into "Wordpad' and once there make it bigger-larger and or make the text "bold" and or change the colors on "Wordpad".

  When you study patterns and stats you might want to look at:

  Short term

  Middle term

  Long term

  To see what you can use if anything at all.

  But there is no way to know in advance what will happen, easier to say once things already happened.
  I would not try this technique unless Even and Odd are very often or almost always like this.

  It is more likely that once Even came 3 times in sequence that Odd might come next.
  The same for Odd, if it just came out 3 times in sequence Even might come out next.
  Even this by itself is not good enough, you need something else.
  ------------
  For the Low-High on those past draws you would wait for 2 Lows to come out then play High next.
  Also if 2 Highs came out play Low next.

  They are as they should be, so far.
  
  On those few draws a Low or High Sum came 1 to 3 times before it changed from Low to High or from High to Low.
  
  Let us take a look:
  
  HH, H, HHH, H, H, H, H, H.
  LL, L, LL, L, L, LLL, L, L.
  
  So in sequence a pattern came out from 1 to 3 times, but most often on those draws came out 1 time.
  After 3 times it for sure changed to the other pattern on those draws.

  There are many other 50-50 filters, but the ideas for their use are about the same for all or for some of them.

  If you sight is bad like mine then use Firefox or some browser that allows you to ZOOM IN so you can make the text bigger in size.

  So far, I don't much like 50-50 filters myself.

  Somebody wants me to take a look at the Straight VTracs, so later I will try to take a look at them so will try to make a post or thread on them today Sunday sometime, I don't know if I will be able to help on that or not.

  For the techniques that I used here, you would need to study the posts to see what I did.

  Not everybody will get what I did, that is, how I did it, for stats I used from 1 up to 3 past draws, that is the patterns of 1 to 3 past draws to determine what to play or what not to play next.
