Another thing you will learn is NOT to pick the "Highest Hit Frequency Digits" as they will not usually hit all together in a single line.
What you want to look for is combinations of numbers that have a tendency to come in together the most often.
As you are from WI, I will give you an example of the MegaBucks Game.

You will note from the above example, 09 18 19 21 25 33 38 47 have a tendency to come in together the most often in this one example. But, I am willing to bet they are not all of the highest Hit Frequency Digits. I hope this will help you to make better choices. If I played in WI - I would wheel the 8 numbers just listed highlighed in BLUE.
