This State jackpot has been stubborn but not  as stubborn as the OCL but its encouraging at the same time, what are the chances that this beast will get up there?

the jackpot has been going up 2 mil per rollover, so at this rate it will take 13 rollovers to get to 100 mil.

Now that we get Powerball, in addition to Mega Millions, I think we're getting conditioned to super jackpots.  I play a buck a draw sometimes more, but it's been rolling over at $2 million (sometimes even $1 million), so the additional interest isn't really there.

Last draw had around 3.9 million tickets sold, so even assuming no duplicate sets, it's less than 10% of available combinations that are were in play.

$100 million is possible, but I hope someone wins it soon...  Wink

$100 mil, l hope so Craft. What l find downright discouraging is the fact that the past *4 winners in 2nd place got $14,000 each. So you miss taking the entire $20 mil plus after tax by (1) number and end up walking away with K14?

There was 4 second place winners the drawing before and they walked away with K14 as well. Heck, even Fantasy 5  pays better. No wonder some people would rather try that game than settling for 2nd place with  SLP...

I'm afraid to wish that it keeps growing for fear that it'll turn into Ohio...

The payouts on SuperLotto are so ridiculous.....they really need to change this...a lot more people will play if they feel good about the lower level prizes.

They need to get rid of the pari-mutuel payouts before worrying about anything else.
