Yes, "them" is on the site. You know exactly who it is.

This warning covers every casino using AST/ThrillX software.

The issues with AST/ThrillX software primarily revolve around software that produces impossible results (failing to follow the rules of the game) or mathematically irregularities that are of a highly suspect nature – normal results will fall within what is known statistically as 3 standard deviations. Their are reports of result from reputable and knowledgeable players, on the negative side for the player of 5 to 12 standard deviations. Assuming that these results are accurate there is no way that they could have occurred within a fair game. As such it would be fair to assume that AST/Thrill X software are offering games that are not offering random results.

Combined with customer support that seems to know less about what they're doing than the average customer and it makes for a group to avoid.

Have you guessed what well known site is big on the list?  That's right.

You guessed it, the name that we dare not say it's name site.  They are bad bad boys down there.

see see senior and buena suerte'  You will need it.

And this has what to do with playing lottery online where the win is dependent on the actual state draw and has nothing what-so-ever to do with software?  Personally I would never advise anyone to play at an online wagering site, unless they felt guilty for having too much money.  Apples and oranges my friend, apples and oranges.

Went and checked, the post you quote is from Dec 2011, the software isn't used any more, the link that looked like being from them is a copycat fake not the actual ever, never had the word casino in the link.

A casino doesn't need to cheat to get all your money.

Perhaps this belong in the Gaming forum since it's casinos who use the software?

For the lottery games, most people from the Lottery Post who said that they played there, said that they liked there and had no problems with that place.

A few of those people won a lot of money there, quite a lot.

After listening to another bad story from an online player that was getting stiffed on his lottery wins I looked online again. Plus, there have been other stories here at LP over the years of short pays on wins.

This particular online play site has been sited several times before by various watch dog groups and gambling magazines. They always seemed to use the same excuse for the short payoffs. These were just "overlooked" payoff lottery wins. Sure. They swear it's because they do all of the checking tickets by hand! Manuel checking by hand? In this day and age? Right, a reasonable excuse now days isn't it? Don't believe it.

Even if that sad old story is laughingly true, they have never made any effort to correct their mistakes with any sort of modern improvements or checks. Why should they? There is no real Federal Gambling Commission there. They still do all the checking the same way, according to the site with no name. Plus there have been problems with winning bets showing up with different play dates and shown as actual LOSSES ,not matching the players big win.

Your jumping up to defend them so quickly is kind of disappointing at any rate. Why? Why all the special interest in defending such a questionable overseas site? They are a little nothing to you right?

Excuse the question if it's unfounded. Is it true you have had a special business arrangement with this sort of foreign site at some point? If not, then we apologize. Although, it's not a crime even if you had.

None the less, all these incidents? Even incidents in the recent past are a good indications of management greed then and now. Lottery wise or even casino ethics wise, just because someone robbed us years ago still doesn't warrant our open trust now.

As for casinos not ever cheating customers? The Federal Gaming Commissioner in USA would disagree. He has a long case load stack of things for you look over. Some are about casino bosses then and certainly now. Old casino owners like Bugsey Siegel want to clear their names too, and are just waiting in the wings for what seems to be a very curious sort of a commercial on casino understanding and forgiveness.

I'm still trying to find where the OP said that THEY were, in fact, stiffed somewhere at some point by the entity in question. I see no balance here at all. If one is going to be critiqued  for 'supposedly' not doing the right things, then let's find another one that does the right things and give them props. Yeah? Dozens of 'em out there. For every one person that may have had an issue with any entity, there are half a dozen plus that haven't had one issue. Then, there's always the fact that the player has usually did something to try and 'get over'...and got caught.

Three sides to everything...explanation 'A', explanation 'B', then there's 'T'...the Truth. If you really want to critique something, try looking into our government and IRS entities. These are the big dogs as opposed to the puppies you're all upset about.

Yes, that was the point wasn't it. That's why we were all curious about a very quick response that suddenly jumped up to this casino's aid. Armed with what some would say is intimate history. Some might say it could even look like the actual casino's version of the real  'T'  and from this specific casino's view, particularly.

That was definably a quick response and showing, what some would say is, a little too much personal "concern." Those were interesting additional bits of information that came out yes? Strange and obscure bits of knowledge of the history to carry around by the average joe.

Regardless, the comment critiques or comparison of "Oranges and Apples"? Seriously?

If we catch the casino cheating us at the Poker table why would that put us on guard at their casino Black Jack Tables or their Lottery operations? Does that even need a"Dah"response?

Apples and Oranges? Sure, I suppose so, if you bend it around somehow. Just always copy/paste your play tickets before hand. It's Good LUCK!

Prometheus1 is correct: there have been people who have been short-changed there.  It is why the website name is banned from Lottery Post.  I have documented cases where the person who won was threatened with bodily harm for complaining when they were not paid.

You want to do business there?  Be my guest, I totally think people should be able to do whatever they want with their money.  Just don't complain when you get ripped off, and don't try to convince people to ignore the horror stories.  You ignore them at your own peril.

Hi Todd. My post certainly wasn't to promote the entity, convince anyone, or anything like that as I do respect you and your rules here. The case with "Dan", though, seemed to have a red flag upon discovery of a bad (inflated) line. Seems he actually felt uneasy about the 7000:1 deal which made perfect sense. You know the old cliche, 'If it sounds (or looks in this case) too good to be true then it probably isn't. Personally, I would've never touched that bet and he shouldn't  have either. However, he still should've been paid the difference for their error. In another case where software was proven to be defective by three professional gamers, the entity got rid of the software.

I was in agreement with BobP because his statement about the lottery draws is accurate. There is a safeguard though, for me, when official results are posted and I have saved copies of my tickets wagered at "X" amount. I actually do feel comfortable after having been there now for (7) years without a single issue with payouts. People do need to get a heads up on stuff like bad software being used, though, and if it looks like an error just don't 'gamble' on it. Airlines that mistakenly advertise dirt cheap flight prices still honor the price when people catch 'em and purchase. It's the right thing.

How about when the bank, IRS, or another high profile entity makes a mistake and clearly over pays someone? Is it right for that person to take full advantage of it and keep it? Or, to report it and handle the funds accordingly? Someone within those entities is bound to catch the error and make it clear that the person to whom it was issued should've known it was an obvious error. That person will also be penalized as well as the person that fat fingered the deal. Just some thoughts on the whole thing. Have a great evening.

Is this thread referring to the online lottery website [which is an offshore  casino website, with Pick 3/4 as an option to play], which accepts US players, and where the LP membership takes a chance playing Pick 3/4 online  ??

This is a YES or NO question, I'm not asking for the name of the website.

You've had problems collecting your maximum winnings allowed thru Money Gram or Western Union from this site ??  The Cash Out process is supposed to be easy.

I can understand if they might require more ID to issue a bank check drawn on some Canadian bank, but MG and WU should only require a  drivers license to collect.
