The last QUAD in Virginia was 6666 on March 26, 2014.  If you look at Virginia's QUAD history, usually only 1 Quad per year since 2011.  I doubt that a QUAD is coming again in Virginia anytime soon this year [2014].

Were you referring to some other state ???

First my disclaimer, I am really new to playing pick 4 at this level; but, I have to say in what I've seen looking at Virginia's lottery and payout these days versus the other states, it appears Virginia is "just making the game more interesting enough to keep the fish going after the bait".  There appears to be some high level players who have a "skill" for predicting numbers and Virginia is changing the game so quickly only a few can win.  I guess for me, the bottom line is the payout. When I review how much VA pays out on the "hits" versus how much they paid out historically, there is no comparison.

We also have to look at the level of excitement and profits generated thru the possibility of a QUAD thru "teasers" such as doubles for a week or two and numbers that sell out for days as in this last expected QUAD run. Virginia lottery made allot of money, got great feedback on the numbers we were betting on and "released" a number that gave the least pay out. Someone did their job that day. We as the lottery players got duped! I think quads might come but the last time they did Virginia must have broken the piggy bank paying out that $6,000,000.

Another might come, but will you catch it? Va is great at flipping and changing to what is not expected.
