If you had to get people to play the lottery where would you find them? Would you leave fliers outside of the casino, and bingo halls? Stickers on gas pumps? Billboards? Lotterypost banners? High income areas-low income areas?

Everybody knows about the lotteries, if they aren't playing it's because the games or their payouts don't interest them.

What if a new form comes out? Like a scratch off ticket. They will have to learn about the new ticket in some way.

Odds are to high, not enough winners per year, people don't want to waste their money.

Players can find all that information on their local lottery websites or at the retailers where they buy their tickets.

You would find them, everywhere, wherever people are at.

But of course not all of them people are or would become lottery players, there is a chance that you would find more lottery players where-ever lottery tickets are being sold at and at lottery info sites such as this-one.

Also, where-ever gamblers in general are at, such as at bingo halls, casinos, Etc.
