Does this involve calculating the cogito ergo sum?

(...er ...it was funnier when I thought it...)

Hello, peer, you have to by a lottery in a row and column array
And from ofa zero point in the center, see the position inside when joint
Rows and columns in a point a simple example
         1 2 3
      A 1 2  3
      B 4 5 6
      C 7 8 9
      Example A1 B2 C3 = 458
Example from the center without the center digit is 5
