Didn't want to make the Subject line too long, but does anyone know how many back to back starting point jackpots have been hit, i.e., no rollover between hits.

State jp games included also.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

Haven't the foggiest idea- but it would be interesting to know nonetheless.

it happens once or twice a year for MM, PB and California SuperLotto. I don't think I've seen it happen more than twice a year. As for other state lottery games, I don't know.

I went back as far as I could just when Tx has been in PB and MM (because it's easy on TLC's website). That's not to mean Tx winners only.

PB has had no back to back winners going back to 2010.

MM has had 5 back to back winners dating to 2004.

Texas Lotto has had more than I wanted to count. 12 back to back winners dating to 2000, and many more dating prior to 2000. There was one back to back to back winners in March 2002.

This was a quick count so I may have missed some. Just finished a beer and need to make our evening coffee. LOL.

Thanks for the replies, rcbuckeye, maringoman, good research can tell some effort went into that.
