Do you use last digit analysis in your predictions?  If so, please explain what you look for to determine what the next draws guess will be.  I have been gathering a lot of data and written a few excel spreadsheets to help gather the information but now that I have it .... what do I do with it?

Thanks

I track the last digits, using Sums, Roots. I enter the digits into RL's D-Trap software, creating the combos. See image.

If the digits, I selected are correct, The winning number will be in a group of 54 combos. That doesn't mean I will play 54 combos.

HARDEST THING IN THE LOTTERY WORLD.....

MAKE SENSE OF STATS!!!!

Anytime we do stats we are looking for one important key.

We expect something to jump off the page and scream, "HERE I AM!"

Doesn't happen often. Most often we find something that looks promising, explore that, and that branches, and we follow that.

In the end we likely come back to, "Why am I even keeping that?"

We had a reason when we decided to track it. The only reason we changed our mind is we didn't get that massive monster result we wanted. Sorry.

Doesn't make it worthless. Its just not that all in one key we hoped.

I started some rewrites last night to see what I can come up with.  Two were total failures. Not because of the stats but doe to operator mistakes in the button pushing department.

Was up past my bedtime. Didn't get the chance to enable the macros. Have to try that sometime today.

And maybe once i eat and get a nap, have some more things to post.

Digit trapping is not an easy thing to do but like Bob says, if you can pick the correct digits then

it will produce the winning line.   No data analysis tools are provided for the tools as I don't have

time to build all the databases and a means to update them. .

they are not.  Many great discoveries come while searching for something else

On the search kick.  Probably going to need more ribs before the finish line.

Headed to the market to see what he has. Storm had passed. Power is back. Still a lot of heavy clouds hanging around or I'd get something for the grill.

At least I can do laundry while I'm working.

LOL!

Good day. Ended up with a rump roast and have a pot of baby limas bubbling in the crockpot with a ham hock.

Meanwhile, Eunice, has steadily churned away finding guaranteed winners. This is another run (of many) to get to the brass tacks, nitty gritty dirtiest dirt, core root of all roots, to see if it really is worth playing 01 02 03 04. The first 89 times it didn't (kidding folks, you know what they say any combo is as good as another). But is it?

I need to get some stuff together for this, collect some thoughts, eat, and get up the nerve to post an enlightening post for ridicule.

Hey Bonzo! Bedtime.

This is a forum for DISCUSSING LOTTERY SYSTEMS.

NOWHERE DOES IT SAY: "FOR PREDICTING NUMBERS ONLY," or "YOU MUST HAVE A SYSTEM TO POST HERE." BTW, predicting lottery numbers is not a discussion either, but we tolerate you.

Here's a chart of results from any 4/35 game. You can see in the red box what we mean. Green circle shows there are four possible combinations for the back digit set 0,0,0,1 (or as the boxes show 0,0,1,0).  The difference in a jackpot win and having 3 out of 4 is dependent on where you put that 1.

But like everything else lottery, it gets more complicated the more digits you use in your back digit set.

Changing one of the 0s to a 1 (set is not 0,0,1,1) we find ourselves with 18 choices. The yellow blocks show the 1,0,1,0 combos, the orange show the 1,0,0,1 combos, and the blue show the 0,1,0,1.

Then we have three orphans. The don't belong to any other set. Those are GUARANTEED WINNERS! That's the GOOD.

The BAD is those are the only combinations 1,1,0,0 or 0,1,1,0 or 0,0,1,1 in a 4/35.

THE UUUUGGGGGGLLYYYYYY is that these GUARANTEED WINNERS, combos like 1,11,20,30, or 10,11,21,30 or 10,20,21,31 only come out about 5 times a year.

In Texas 2Step there are 2710 such combinations. In 6990 draws only 343 have ever hit. Percentage-wise it's just not your best play.

The GOOD, the BAD, the UGGGGGGGLLLLYYYYYY......something to think about unless you choose to sit on the same combo (perhaps) year after year after year.
