Take the 154 and split it into two pairs, 15-54. Then add 21 to each of them side by side. Do this 5 times. Then make combos out of the added results.
So play the last pair combos in red. NOTE:

In my short test in Florida, I found 5 straight hits out of 5 random dates I chose from Nov. 15, till now.
TIP: SOME OF THE WINS TOOK LONGER THAN 5 DAYS TO HIT, LONGEST WAS 9 DAYS. SO MY SUGGESTION IS TO TAKE A WINNING NUMBER FROM 4 DAYS AGO AND USE THAT COMBO IN YOUR WORKOUT. NEXT DAY HITS ARE VERY RARE.
Now be careful because sometimes you can reduce the amount of numbers to play. Look below.

Notice in my first example 154, the back pairs will always match, but sometimes not ONLY the back pairs will match. Notice the back pairs in the 308 workout have all the back pairs, 29-50-71-92-13. But the only front pair that matches is the 35.
