In a store the other day there was a stack of play slips for all draw games. The top of the stack was MM play slips with a not that said not to display them until 12-19.
Could be nothing, I don't know if there's any changes to any Illinois draw game coming, but just thought it was odd, especially in this particular store. They're not too fond of lotto, usually hide the play slips with advertising, and when a game does change they leave the outdated play slips at the lotto display, for months.
When people fill them out and ask them to play them they say the machine won't take them and they don't know why.
Any one here a clerk and familiar with do not display signs?
No, I don't play there often.
Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.
There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.
