I was going through some old post from last year and I'm not sure how I came across lotterybraker's post from 2013

I put together Excel file using lotterybraker's system for the New Jersey Pick 3 using combined draws.   The Excel files are set up using the example from the link above.

https://app.box.com/s/r644bc8o4nak3ok79abw

Couple thoughts about the New Jersey example.  The example from the link above there are 2 sets or pairs using the 0 as the key number the 2 digits from the test draw range from June 18, 2014 back to June 8, 2013 (combined draws Midday & Evening) the 2 digits were 1 & 5

So couldn't we have just used the 01X and 05x as the key pairs for future draws after June 18, 2013 instead of waiting for the future draws after June 18 2013 that contained 01 and 05?

Key digit 0

1-0-6 on June 22, 2013 (01x box)

5-4-0 on July 6, 2013 (05x)

Here are the current Excel files for New Jersey Pick 3 using combined draws.  Most current drawings from Tuesday, December 23, 2014

https://app.box.com/s/a7syt3p9hzltaiulw4n7

Thoughts on this:

New Jersey Combined draws the digit 8 is the longest out in all 3 positions. Minimum 8

Position 1 = 20

Position 2 = 8

Position 3 = 20

Note: the digit "8" was not drawn in Thursday's midday or evening draws so we can add 2 more skips to the Positions 1 through 3 above.

So the key number is "8"

Using Lotterybraker's method the 2 digits missing are the 4 & 6

So we could use the 84X or X48 and 86X and X68 for our future draws.  I'm using the key digit "8" in both the Position 1 and Position 3 since they both have a skip of 20 plus draws.

Since all 2 digits are all even in each of the pairs we could use just the odd digits 1,3,5,7,9 for "x"

Any thoughts???

Midday Draws - All Positions - Skips

Numbers highlighted in Yellow indicate any digit at 10 skips or more in all 3 Positions

Totals column indicates the total number of digits at 10 skips or more.  For example, Missouri midday drawing has 2 digits at 10 skips or more.  The digit 2 at 13 skips and digit 6 at 10 skips.  Total = 2

Kenucky combined draws (see bottom screen shot) has 4 digits at 10 or more skips in all 3 Positions.  4,5,7, and 8.

Sensible Shoes Excel files: Excel version 2007, 2010, 2013

https://app.box.com/s/6749tskas11zk1wxeo7u

Place in new folder and name it whatever you want.  Example, Pick3SensibleShoes

P3StateDraws.xlsm has all the draw histories from each state (includes Canada and Puerto Rico)

Open the P3StateDraws.xlsm file 1st and keep open at all times.  You will see a window open to change the date.  Just close this window.

Next open the 2nd Excel file SensibleShoesPick3.xlsm

Click the tab at the bottom labeled "Dashboard"

Click cell G4.  You should see a small drop-down arrow to the right.  Click the arrow and select you state's game.  Midday, Evening, Combined etc.

Next click the tab at the bottom labeld DrawHistory.  Line 20 will have the most recent drawing from December 24, 2014.  Do not add any draws to these sheets.  Your state's game name will be in cell A17

In cell column L20 going downward you want to select the number in cell column L to the date you want to analyze.  For example, if you want to start with November 30, 2014 for the Virigina Combined draws you would use "68".

Next, click the tab at the bottom labeled "Part1"

Enter the number 68 (from above) and enter it in cell L16

Click cell L9 click the drop-down arrow and select your digit from the drop-down list 0 through 5)

You should have a list of 5 sets of numbers in cell range H1 through H5

Click the tab at the bottom labeled Part2.

You can check for any winners in cell column B for any straights that are highlighted and also column I for any winning boxed sets that are highlighted.
