New> reduced version> set time frame to bankroll/# picks for spilt bet> All sections have equal chance and are recurrent(use this info for waging strategy), be mindful that 10000 reduced to 49/64 combos is a good deal.
Oregon> all sections in full circle now(recurrent) >str 2679, 6258,6628.
NB> For a four draw state, keep to ' a draw type' bet to keep cost under prize threshold. These predictions was off the 7pm type on draw 1545 (5/6/2015) , so the current time frame will be 18 draws x all sections or a section and your cost will still be less than the prize threshold. Current cost for all sections will be 18 x300 ($5400) for a prize of $10000, with section 6258 still pending.

Lets take a four draw State like TX and generate a baseline string for just ' a draw type' bet(Morning).
NB> string was generated based on prediction point interval of digits 8,1,9,3 recurrence in non-sampling statistics.
2. Using the 'next' sum/s after draw 8193
8193> sum 21> next sum string>2454460109654891746381026325477973551926> 2222444444555556666600011119999887777333 (2456019873) >filter 8193>Baseline 224455660077(245607)> drives 2,4> hits> 0721,7661,4046,0759,4487,2271, etc
NB> th reduced string(baseline) is lead by drive digits which are mostly your first positions for straight hits or reduced picks, you're not tracking doubles, singles , cold, or hot digits, you're following just the random nature.
