I have not done anything like that for a very long time, but I did something very fast, I of course can't share it, sorry.
But this is what I did:
First, a filtered wheeler, like of the kind of the LotSoft FreeWheeler needs to be used or the whole filtration process can be automated with software made to do it.
Anyhow, the quick and very simple filtration prediction workout has 2 kinds of filtration-prediction filters:
A few 100% static filters, by this I mean that those few filtration patterns are set, that is, they are always the same, they always filter OUT exactly the very same pick 3 numbers.
I won't give all the details on them, just the first few:
The first static filter is that the any-order boxed numbers are used as our source of numbers instead of using the straight pick 3 numbers.
That reduces the total pick 3 numbers from 1000 straight to 220 boxed.
The second static filter used is to filter out ALL the doubles such as 227.
And then filter out ALL the triples such as 111.
That gives us 120 boxed numbers.

Then using a box filter we filter out 2 of the patterns that it has.
And using another box filter we filter out 2 of its patterns.
Now, from the 120 original numbers we have left 82 boxed singles, keep in mind that so far all this filtration has been STATIC, so now our source of numbers is the 82 pick 3 boxed.
Now we will use 1 more static filter, we will filter Out Several of the patterns of this filter, it has many patterns and each of its patterns filters out only a little, that is why several of those patterns will be used to filter Out with.
Now from our source of 82 numbers we only have left 73, yes that filtered out only a little more.
This is a Simple workout so that was all the 100% Static filtration that will be done.

73 Boxed singles are still too many, so now we will do some more filtration, but it will be a kind of Semi-Static filtration or instead it could also be called Semi-Dynamic, whatever, because it is not fully neither static nor dynamic.
I will not try to explain that, because to explain it, I would have to show exactly what I mean with Examples and that would give away this.
As SergeM said for this filtration 2 past draws will be used, those 2 past draws will not be filtered out from our source of 73 numbers.
But some (A very few) of the filters patterns of those 2 past draws will be used as filters (filter out filters).
First, for one kind of filter 3 patterns will be used as filter out filters and that will produce fewer boxed singles:
How much filtration will depend on which of those patterns are used as filtration so sometime there will be more filtration and sometimes less filtration:
If I now use Wisconsin pick 3 that has only 1 draw a day and that the last 2 draws are these:

Using that kind of filter and 3 of the patterns we will reduce from 73 to 45 box singles.
That kind of filter and those particular 3 patterns that were used as Filter Out Patterns were power-full filter Out filters.
So now we have 45 boxed singles.
So far we have gone from1000 pick 3 straight to 45 boxed singles.
That means that that was a lot of reduction and so therefore the chances of Filters Failures is High, we really went from 220 boxed to 45 boxed, but still the chance of failure is very high.
We have 2 more filters and 1 filtration pattern for each of those 2 filters.
Using the next filter on the 45 boxed singles.
That filtered Out very little, now we have left 42 boxed numbers.
Here are those numbers:
018, 019, 036, 037, 038, 039, 045, 047, 049, 056, 058, 059, 067, 069, 078, 126, 127, 128, 129, 147, 148, 149, 156, 158, 167, 169, 178, 189, 237, 238, 239, 258, 259, 267, 289, 345, 348, 349, 369, 378, 456, 459
The next filtration is very risky and might produce a filters failure, but even without it, there already was a very high chance of filters failure.
Now, after using the next filtration, which was done by hand because the software can't do this kind of filtration, we have left:
33 Boxed Singles.
019, 037, 039, 045, 047, 049, 059, 067, 069, 126, 127, 128, 129, 147, 148, 149, 156, 158, 167, 169, 178, 189, 237, 239, 259, 267, 289, 345, 348, 349, 369, 378, 459
This kind of thing is not meant to work all of the time of course, but only sometimes, even fully ALL 100% DYNAMIC FILTRATION is very risky and much more so this particular filtration that was done here which is not by any means 100% Dynamic, but which is mostly STATIC.
This could have been done in some other way or ways, but this was one of the easier ways.
There are ways that might have a chance o being much more accurate or not, but they require that very much more work is done and I mean, a whole lot of more work.
I can't give more details, I really mean that I won't.
