  Hi long time lottery player and first time poster

  WCLC does not offer online lottery ticket sales .while other corps like Atlantic,British Colombia ,Quebec and Ontario lottery corps. do on the two NATIONAL games 6/49 and lotto max  You would think that since they are NATIONAL lotteries that everyone in the country would have the same opportunity to buy tickets online up to one minute before lottery cut off as the other regions are allotted.also those buying lotto max online in Quebec can also choose there own numbers for the 2 free combinations on a lotto max ticket something that cannot be done in any other region.My issue is not with there fully controlled regional games but a NATIONAL  lottery which should have the same rules applied across Canada
